I live across the street so this is a place that I go to somewhat often, maybe 3 time a month. A consistent issue I run into is with online ordering. Sometimes it places several orders of the same thing and charging me each time after I’ve o my submitted the order one time. Other times they’ve given my order to another person and I’ve had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my sub. While I understand these things happen at any business, it’s frustrating that I’m still waiting to get my order. Time is something we cannot make back up. I place my orders online to save time as I have an insanely busy work week. The consistent problem that I do run into is with timing over all, to tie in why I’m writing this review. As previously stated, I don’t think I should have to wait longer than what is promised when placing an online order. Maybe instead of stating “15 minutes”, the company can change it to a rough time estimate, something like “15-20 minutes” or whatever the case is. The people that work here are incredibly polite and do work hard to train their employees and managers to deal with the issues with a smile, which I know is hard to do sometimes. Please stop promising a hard timeline of when the orders will be ready if you know they cannot be finished and ready to take home at the designated time.

Overall it tastes ok. They do not follow the special instructions and I'm a little upset about that. I ask for a couple extra toppings or a different type of cheese and they don't even do it. I'm a little annoyed. But the taste is ok.

Showed up at 630 last night and the person who made our sandwiches did an amazing job. Didn't skimp and everything was placed perfectly to get every fresh ingredient in every bite. They even gave me a pity laugh at my bad joke regarding a coupon I had

Unfortunately, our experience at this location has not been overly positive since it has opened. We have placed a few orders now and each time the order is incorrect in some manner. One time it was missing the chips we ordered, another time they gave us two items that we didn't order and missed an item we did, wrong bread, etc.The manager did offer a refund this last time, which was great, but it's disappointing these simple mistakes continue to happen. I hope that as the establishment matures these issues resolve.

It’s a clubbing type of day (#8, add pickles and Mayo, extra vinegar) trust me. The Water is crisp and cool. Staff was pleasantly pleasant and inviting.

I went here for the first time New Year’s Day at 8:30pm and was told they were closing half an hour early for the holiday but they would accept online orders. However you can’t place an online order that close to close at 9. It was very odd and it’s also odd this location has been open for almost 2 months and they only have 2 reviews… will update it we make it back thereUpdate: we have done two mobile orders here, foods been good however don’t expect your order to be ready when it says it will.
This location sucks and the proof is in the photo. I love Jersey Mike's but this location slices the meats and cheese so thin that you can actually see through them (see photo). I purchased a regular Italian which comes with five different meats and cheese and everything was slight so hyper thin that I basically paid $10 for bread, lettuce, tomatoes, virtually no meat. No other Jersey Mike's that I frequent slices the meat this thin so I won't be going back to this location. I understand profitability but this is ridiculous.
