I love Jersey Mike's cheese steaks. I have had them all over the south east. At so many stores. My absolute favorite sandwich.
This Mike's, the steak was way undercooked. It only took cook maybe 2 mins to make it.
They did offer to make another and I turned it down. They were not that busy and I did not make a scene. They did refund my money.
Issue, they should have never served especially if not busy..he had plenty of time to make it correctly the 1st time.

Excellent customer service. Always so welcoming with prompt service and great food.
I ordered food from here with my family last night. I put in the special interactions “please put as many pickles as possible” cause they have the besttttt pickles!! They gave me an entire tub of pickles on the side and made my entire night!! Seriously, whoever made my order you are the best!

Jersey Mike's Subs offers delicious subs with excellent customer service. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always greet customers with a smile. They are known for their attentive service and ability to make a mean Philly cheesesteak. The sandwiches are made with fresh ingredients and carefully assembled to ensure every bite is flavorful. The crew working the morning shift at the Lakeville location is especially praised for their professionalism, kindness, and good humor, making customers feel welcome and valued. Despite some staff being tired from long hours, they maintain positive attitudes and genuine pride in their work and are extremely safe about food allergies. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. The employees are always a tier above competing sandwich shops. Whoever made the #8 add roast beef sandwich did a fantastic job, gave a suggestion and was very professional and nice. The two boys working tonight had smiles on their faces and were willing to accept customers at the very last minute of business hours. Overall, Jersey Mike's Subs continues to be a place where good food and friendly service come together.
