The servers didn't take my order correctly, despite my repeated explanations of my drink preferences. They should pay more attention to ensure accuracy.
service is always slow, no urgency with drive thru.
In their defense, they simply lack the training or they were really high. I noticed the signs but can’t be sure. I read the reviews before coming and it really happened to me as well. It was funny because they got both my orders wrong. Forgot the first order, messed up the 2nd order.
Nothing against the staff. Management needs to step up.
