The staff are friendly, and the shakes and teas are delicious, I’ve been going here for a few months and I’ve lost over 30 pounds, they offer nutrition coaching and setting up a wellness profile to help keep you on track with your fitness goals, I’ve done a few of the 6 day challenges were teas and shakes are included and the drink menus are always tasty and keep things interesting
Vital is an amazing store from the atmosphere, to the staff, And the owners! You feel like family every time you walk in there and truly feel you’re in the right hands for your fitness journey.
Vital Nutrition is the absolute best! Carolene and her staff all do an amazing job creating a very fun, friendly, and engaging environment! All of the staff I have interacted with have been polite, kind, and encouraging when it comes to helping me live a healthier lifestyle! Their shakes & teas taste great, and they have gotten good at memorizing my order! That’s service right there! Highly recommend.
