Prepare yourself for a weird business model (that we had to figure out the hard way): You place your order outside the restaurant at a desk inside the Hy-Vee grocery store. (We had to flag down an employee, as the desk was unmanned -- honestly, they should just convert to a self-serve kiosk.) You pay upfront, and they make sure there's an opportunity to tip ahead of time... this is important for the next part.We ordered 4 burgers and sides. NONE of the orders was correct....
