“This is not a buffet style restaurant. We were sat in a booth by the door, next to the large waiting area, which got quite cold when guests exited and entered; allowing me to see only a very small area of the whole place. It seems sectioned off somewhat awkwardly, from what I could see, which again was not much. Staff was delightful. Kind, attentive but not too much and the chef came out and introduced himself after our meal to ensure we enjoyed it. I ordered egg rolls and the general tsos chicken w fried rice instead of steamed. Both the egg rolls and chicken were fabulous! I do not recommend the fried rice - I didn't care for it at all. Egg rolls are fresh, hand made and larger than most; no need for sweet n sour sauce with those they are so yummy! though it does make them even more delicious. I was pleasantly surprised when not one bite of my chicken was fatty, tough or overly battered - best general tsos chicken I've had yet (less then 10 different places). The person I dined with had the peppered steak - flavor was really good, steak was a bit more chewy than their liking. Over all, I will definitely be ordering from here regularly when I'm visiting the area.”

“Wonderful, probably. Some workers are still learning and sometimes this is frustrating when order is not complete for a few or three times however they're very gracious. Prices are outrageous (esp for this region) however I'll not gig the score on the price. (Unfortunately inflammatory prices are the new normal EVERYWHERE.) Typically their customer service in the end game is some of the BEST in town, if not best in class. Madelia area, in general, is not - I repeat, NOT - the best for customer service however this pizza shop location seems to consistently set themselves apart! even during & after transition of new ownership. Best news is it's the only place in town that delivers. They're a great group of people, still. None are my friends or family so this review is not biased that way. “I had my wedding reception here on oct 22 2022 and my fiance and I were so happy not only how we were treated by all the staff but how our families were treated as well. We had plenty room for or dj set up lots of space for dancing and our food service set up we had, Diane and her staff did a amazing job that night if your looking for a in town reception and want to support small business please give madelia legion a call”
