We've never had an issue with Arby's but the Lindstom location we won't go to again. *No cheese on beef & cheddar, 1/3lb was smallll & bun was rubbery. Fries not full & just meh, no sauces. The server was sweet though.

Steak bite bowl was met. Very thin layer of noodles, steak small pieces and overdone. Strawberry lemonade was awesome. This Arby's use to be so much better. May have to start going to another one or just quit going all together.

I ordered the beef n cheddar classic from here on 2 different days. Both times the buns were really stale. I thought I caught them on an off day but went there a few days later and wasn't impressed. I really like the Forest Lake Arby's and will just have to continue going there.

Fantastic service. Ordered in the app and food was waiting for me. I got a buy one, get one free sandwich. Yaaaayyy. I'm so happy to have ham and cheese back! Sandwiches were bigger than I expected but not very warm. . Customer service in drive through was fast and friendly.

Tried this location and found the service to be outstanding. The food was great and fast. The dining room needed a little touch up but otherwise a great experience at this location. All team members seemed happy and worked well together. Visit was 9-23-25 at about 6 in the evening.
Stopped by the Forest Lake Arby's for lunch yesterday. My hubby ordered 2 beef and cheddars, and I ordered a loaded Italian meal and an extra beef and cheddar take home. I was surprised when I opened the Italian sandwich. It looked nothing like the ones they show in their ads. It was just okay, nothing special. I was still happy knowing I had a sandwich to eat later, until I opened it and found no cheddar cheese on it. What a double disappointment! I will continue to go to Arby's cuz I love the beef and cheddars so much, but I think there is room for improvement here.

The sandwiches are amazing. It was humid out so the AC was set at 60°.... I think. Potato cakes are great! The chocolate shake was thick, creamy yummy.

Accidently burned my chicken sandwich so they remade it and gave me a coupon for a few sandwich next time. I love that they owned what they did before giving it to me to discover down the road . Integrity is everything!
