Unfortunately they messed up the drinks, if the menu says whip cream on a frufru drink I expect it to have it. The baristas were unfriendly and rather rude when I asked for my whip cream (which was their mistake). The coffee is ok, nothing spectacular or very sweet, but it's decent flavor if you want to support a small business and need caffeine. Note, the drive thru is very slow and they do have some off street parking available. Also, I'd like to comment that their idea of quality milk is kemps.

After nursing my baby I was asked if I could cover up because it made a MAN feel uncomfortable.1. I was barely exposed &2. The place wasn't busy (a total of 6 people).How disgusting that a mother, who is providing food for her baby to live, was asked to cover up for someone that could have easily look away!

Such a cozy, homey spot. Tons of room to study or get work done! One of my favorite coffee shops.
Yesterday morning I left this establishment with zero coffee in hand.The two ladies working the counter had me stand in line (by myself) for a straight 5 minutes and didn’t say a single word to me.They were slow. Rung up the drive-thru customer. Looked at me. And then just stood there and talked with one other. Watch the cameras if you happen to not believe me (if you have them).I go out of my way to patronize this coffee shop and this is the second time this has happened. I was more than patient but the lack of communication was extremely rude. Not even a “hello”. Eye contact was made multiple times. Am I invisible? Wearing a BRIGHT blue jacket that astronauts could see from outter space.This time I walked out.Disgusting service.Not to mention the drive thru is horrible as well. Last time I was in the drive thru I waited 15-20 min.Update : seems odd to pay extra for a “Large” coffee only to have them leave 1.5 inches of space from the top. See photo. I hadn’t taken a sip yet.I’m done with this shop. Using my rewards and then not going back.I do not recommend. This place is going to really struggle if another coffee shop opens in the area.

I stop by several times a week for a Raspberry Truffle blended with whip. I drive from North Branch just to get this coffee so you know it's good. Not to mention the staff are kind and attentive. I highly recommend!! Update, my choice of drink is made differently by the afternoon staff which is a bummer because the difference is noticeable in the taste. After voicing the change I've noticed I was told "it's not guaranteed" which was in reference to certain appeal to the coffee that wasn't being added every time which I have only seen not happening when certain people make it. Disappointing to say the least especially because I considered myself a regular.

I recently went to Northwoods to order coffee at 5:45pm. I waited in the drive thru line for 10mins. Once the cars in front of me received their orders, Northwoods informed me that they would be closing soon and no longer taking orders. I was the last customer in line.
