Fabulous food. I had the Swedish pancakes with lingonberry sauce. Delicious. My husband had basic breakfast food. He said it was very good. The place was busy and we had to wait a long time for our food.

7/28/24 We have had excellent meals here often. Today was different. I had breakfast and it came out cool, toast was just warm bread, hash browns were cold and greasy my eggs were supposed to be over medium but were cool and over hard. The bacon was overcooked and cool. I did ask for new toast and it came out perfect. I hope the cooks just had an off day as it is usually good here.

Kid-friendliness: Easy place to bring a toddler and infant and they were accommodating with a high chair, coloring supplies, etc.

Had breakfast today around 11:30 and it was great. Had the uff dah omelet and it was stuffed with lots of veggies and meat and even topped with additional veggies and meat. Very friendly waitress. Friendly locals also. Been living in area for 4 years and can’t believe I missed this place. Will go back and my 8 month old loved the Swedish pancakes. I’ve been to other local breakfast restaurants and Swedish Inn has been the best!

My husband and I stopped in here for a Sunday breakfast. He got the biscuits and gravy and I got the Uffda skillet. Here is the description for the Uffda: Filled with ham, sausage, bacon, onion, green pepper, tomato, mushroom & cheese, and made with 3 farm fresh eggs, hash browns & toast. The hashbrown were barely there, no way was there three eggs, not a single tomato, I couldn't find more than two pieces of bacon and each was about 1/8 inches square. I found one mushroom and a little bit of sausage. I asked the server if perhaps they sent out the Western by mistake since I could find a few onions, some ham, and about five pieces of green pepper. After checking with the kitchen she assured me that I was indeed served the Uffda. It was pitifully small and extremely disappointing. My husbands sausage gravy was bland and the biscuits were not good. Oh yeah, and we waited 40 minutes for our food to come out from the kitchen, although when we sat down we were told that there might be a little bit of a wait because of how busy there were. Still, I think 40 minutes for a breakfast entree to come out, even when the place is full, is excessive. And if the food had been worth the wait I probably would not be writing up this bad review. All things combined, it was not a pleasant experience.
