Most often I’ve purchased the raspberry scones a couple times along with a drink… the scones are never warm like I requested and drinks always have way to much ice after I also request less ice, along with the extra flavor shots that seem to have no taste at all (that I pay for) I just want my moneys worth is that to much to ask?

6/14/25 6am - Blondish girl- Google says the store is open 5:30am-7pm every day so I showed up at 5:58am. Drive through didn’t turn on until 6am (not a big deal whatsoever) when paying for my order I just let the girl know that it said they opened 5:30 and asked if that was correct. She rudely said “yeah. You got here at 5:28.” I said “5:58” she looked at the clock and immediately started shutting the door and said “guess we’ll have to do something about that. Bye” and shut it while I was said I was just trying to figure out if the store opens at 5:30 or 6. Completely unnecessary. I wasn’t acting rude or angry in any way. Still unsure of when the store is supposed to open??

Paid for Nitro as usual and got regular cold press instead. Didn't notice it until I got home and got an earful. Thanks a lot. And I even tipped you beforehand too. This is why people hate tipping beforehand. You're paying for inconsiderate service.

Unfortunately my white chocolate mocha was not made correctly. I think it was missing the chocolate. The hot chocolate I ordered was supposed to be not so hot and was very hot. It’s unusual for this to happen.
