The McDonald's across the street is doing a better job than here... My burger had the smallest amount of ketchup on only one part so it was so dry and the fries were mostly brown to top it all off my root beer was flat.

Pulled up to the second drive thru, person inside said to wait a minute. Not a problem, then they let two other cars go ahead of us in the other drive thru so we left. Have never experienced that in a drive thru anywhere. Culver’s is usually pretty good, but after that experience, I’ll go elsewhere.

Have ordered there twice but no more. Both times we ordered a simple butterburger and fries, fries were soggy, burger was missing cheese, bun was flattened, toppings were a disgusting mess and all food was cold. Never again!

Ive come here since day 1 and they've messed up my order too many times to be silent.
Theyd miss my BBQ sauce ALL the time. And then now id come home with no BBQ AND wrong order of burger. It looks like they made both burgers a single stack instead of an addition of one single stack.
I know the kids working here are young but sucks to just waste my time and money so many times.
Looks like other reviews are as bad as mine. Time to retrain, the mc donalds nearby never had issues.

Love Culver’s always. Though my experience this time wasn’t great I’ll still come back because yum and typically good service.
We ordered two concrete mixers and pretzel bites and they came after 15-20 minutes and the mixers were melted almost completely and the pretzel bites weren’t really warm anymore. It was about 10pm and we were one of two groups waiting on food so I’m unsure why it took so long and why our food wasn’t in the ideal state of temperature. Kinda baffles me but oh well I guess.
