This place lost me as a customer for good. About four or five different times, they've been out of something, ''no ice cream today because the machines are being serviced," or "the kitchen is closed today." How are they still in business?

We placed an order online and showed a time to arrive at store. My husband went to pick it up and it was not even started, yet. Took 30 mins to get food (chicken strips baskets and blizzards) When we got home with the food, the chicken strips were not completely cooked, fries soggy, no toast. The blizzards were barely blended with plain ice cream being 3/4 of the cup. I spent $55.00 for garbage. I will not be back to this location.

The person who took our order was very nice, and he was quick getting our ice cream treats made. The dining area was a bit messy, but the store was very busy at the drive-thru, so I'm guessing it was hard to get someone out to clean it up.

Out of ice cream again. I'm mad that I have to give them 1 star for food. I shouldnt have to give a star, when the restaurant doesnt have their number one product. The fact that this place is still open amazes me. At this point when I go for a blizzard, I get a back up order for what kind of McFlurry to get my wife because there is a 50% chance that I can't get anything from DQ. Either they are out of ice cream, or just decided like closing early.

Im a picky eater because I’m allergic to dairy, so I specifically asked for NO CHEESE and NOTHING else on my burger, they gave me a flame thrower hamburger?!?! whatever the hell that means…i handed it back and said it was wrong, they made me a new burger…it had cheese on it. ps. My friend got the BUTT END of a toast. WHO DOES THAT?!

Out of food often.My order today was placed on the app. To find out when I get there that they were out of onion rings. I paid more for them and received fries. They couldn't do anything being I paid on the app. Food was not good.

Lazy management needs to be fired and/or fired his location to be closed downThey are constantly late to work and even then as the first and only customer they don’t even bother to answer the drive through speakerThey are obviously there just to collect a check and that’s even more shameful on the owners to be this blind and neglectful of their restaurant and their would be customersI’d give negative star rating if I could !

They have been out of ice cream the last 3 times I have been here. I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender basket and got 2 tenders and about 6 fries. The staff are clearly not happy here and it shows in the quality of their work and the way the treat customers. I'll drive another 10 minutes to an EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD location on lake drive going forward.

If you order from drive-thru here just be prepared to be handed an incredibly sticky melted ice-cream mess every single time. I've reluctantly gone through this DQ for some time now. Always hoping the next experience is better. Yet I am always greeted with melted ice cream smeared all over the outside of my orders and on the hands of the drive-thru attendant. Making an immediate sticky mess on my hands and in my car. It's always a toss up if they hand you napkins or not so you may be on your own for clean-up. Would say you're right at home here if you don't mind getting melted blizzard residue all over the inside of your vehicle. Don't ask them to flip the blizzards upside down unless you are willing to pay the ultimate price. Ice cream machine never seems to be working properly. Have never had real ice cream here just melted dairy disasters. Sub-par experience every time. Unfortunately always regret going here every time. Good luck to all who brave this establishment and leave clean enough to tell the tale.
