Four days before a birthday, I submitted a custom cake design request to fill the space with frosting balloons. I recognize that not every DQ employee will be an immaculate decorator, but it looks like very little effort went into piping.

Nothing better than going to Dairy Queen for some soft serve ice cream. It's the best!!
However, the DQ in Plymouth off Rockford Road needs their employees better trained for customer service. They were very rude to me when I asked them if I could buy a bunch (4 boxes) of dilly bars and buster bars for my crew. They said I could only buy one box, as they just opened and need to leave the rest of the dilly and busterbars for other customers. Just thought that was a bit strange to restrict my purchase of buying more. One particular young man at the counter represented poor customer service by his attitude. Maybe they were afraid they'd have to make more or reload the freezer? Not sure what his issue was but I even tried to give him the benefit of a doubt and make him smile, but no luck.

Hours are not posted correctly. This locations locks the doorway before 10pm and all the drive thru lights are turned off. You can only get soft serve ice cream after 9pm from a store that looks like it’s closed.

A very clean restaurant which is always nice, and the service was great, ended up having a really good chat with one of the cashiers and not to mention the very short waiting time to get my food. The food, service and atmosphere were all great here especially compared to other DQs in the area. Would definitely recommend
If you have been to one Dairy Queen, you have pretty much been to them all - the main difference is the staff. I was served by what was probably the manager, and asked her to suggest something light - and with a huge smile she recommended a small caramel sunday with nuts - it's what she usually has. It was perfect. She even gave me the senior discount without me having to ask for it.
They are very kind and should dine here and check it out

Came here for a treat . We had to wait an extremely long time to have someone take our order . Then they didn’t bring the blizzards to us just called them out . Then I had to wait while my order sat under the heat lamps. I wanted to take the tray but was told I couldn’t had my hands full with 2 blizzards and now my meal . Slow service , rude staff, and okay food at best . They weren’t even super busy outside maybe had 2 orders outside had 2 orders in front of me . Lots of people working but they focus on their duties and don’t go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience . I now realize why I have stayed away for so long .

My pup was having surgery on Tuesday so I thought I'd get him and the family a treat before his tooth extraction the next day. Super long wait in the drive thru this night and wish there was a way to exit the drive thru if you change your mind and don't want to wait. I had a crying baby and just wanted to leave but instead was forced to wait since the lane is not wide enough to bypass.

Staff was super kind and made my daughter chocolate milk with syrup because they only had regular milk. They also had the most wonderful music playing ?❤️
I love the food and the workers are always real and good at their jobs.
