I went thru the drive thru this morning and I got my complete order they took a bit to make me 2 coffees and they mixed up the lables

Just went through drive thru, iced coffee was made wrong so I went in and nicely asked to remake it, that it was very bitter. The lady Felicia? Something with an F on name tag 10/26 around noon. She rolled her eyes at me in a very exaggerated manner and put another shot of cream in it and gave the same one back. Still very bitter and I can tell by looking at it because it's normally light tan with all the cream and swirl in it which by the way the customer does pay extra for... She rolled her eyes and made a big sigh, put in a couple more flavor pumps and walked away. Still not right but I don't have the energy to argue with someone who clearly was set on not remaking it. With prices up to $6 that's pretty poor customer treatment.

DO NOT order the breakfast sandwiches! Worst breakfast sandwich i ever had...and to top it off the soggy hash rounds were awful. We ended up tossing the food. $13 wasted.

Better to order threw the app because I was trying to add the new coffeemilk from the dunkalattee. To my iced coffee because i had a free coffee to redeem and they said yeah coffee and milk...no not what I meant. I tried asking to change at the drive thru window the lady just looked annoyed at me and said no coffee milk. Like I'm some idiot. 😞

I’m a huge fan of Dunkin. Always have been. But someone really needs to teach the crew at the Hugo location the difference between white cream and custard. This is the 3rd time vanilla cream was ordered and custard was given. And this time I was in the store and watched the employee pull the vanilla cream tray - which tells me someone doesn’t quite understand the difference when filling the display case. Go back to the good ol’ days and have that white cream dollop on the outside of the hole so there are no more mistakes.
