I had order an online once I had received my order it was all messed up and this isn’t even the 1st time it has happened 3 times already and when I called to ask they were just giving me attitude he was like “oh yeah that order I know for sure I put the right bagel in there because your order was really long and had a bunch of stuff what’s does my drink having a lot of stuff!!!!! Have to do with anything and since I also work at a fast food place I thought nothing of it since I also mess up orders but he did it 3 times to my order and then had the audacity to be rude because I asked why I keep getting the wrong bagel also fill up my drink all the way it was more than half way gone and there was way too much sugar and there was not lid cover look almost like someone took a drink !

The drinks were fine. Service was a little slow. My hazelnut latte was luke-warm, and they forgot the hazelnut. I would rather go to a locally owned coffee shop versus a chain anyway.

Forget about ordering here.Ordered through the official Dunkin’ App for pickup. Despite being confirmed and paid for, the staff seemed to think the order never existed, they said we should have known that “third party apps” don’t work. (again, the OFFICIAL Dunkin’ app which was used at this and other Dunkin’ locations without a hiccup) No care, no effort, no remedy. My wife was nearly unable to take her essential medicine that needs to be taken with food and I was almost late for work making other breakfast arrangements.If I were higher management, I would be humiliated and furious with such poor service and degradation of the app, store, and brand.

Customer service is not good. An iced latte is basically a glass of milk for 5 bucks. Hashbrowns aren't fried and you get only six little rounds. What a rip off. I could get 3 full breakfasts just down the road for this price. Yikes :(

I order large decaf latte for $5 dollars only to find out that they give me decaf coffee only the cup said decaf latte but when I opened surprise just regular decaf what a joke I was on 35E it was late for me to turn around otherwise I would’ve go back and tell them how stupid they can be ……..,…….

I asked for a latte with Coconut Milk because and only because I am lactose intolerant!!!! To the employees-never give someone cows milk when they clearly asked for alternative milk. if you think we won't know you are sorely mistaken. I have consistently been in and out of the bathroom today. To the SOAB that put cows milk in my drink I hope you have a terrible rest of the year
