Unfortunately have to put a review because this is just sad and ridiculous. You spend $10 on a regular sandwich. You expect to get the right amount of product. Ordered extra cheese, didn’t get it, let alone barely any. Asked for mayo- no mayo. Not only that, there is absolutely barely any meat on the sandwich. Such a disappointing sandwich.

Ordered our subs and specifically stated no peppers.Watched her make the sub on the grill with peppers.I interrupted and asked if that was my order and that I had asked for no peppers.Mind you they were already cooked with the meat.She stated they would make it right and proceeded to pick out the peppers.When I asked if she remade the sub she said no we got rid of the peppers.She tried to correct me when I said that was not right as the flavor of the peppers is still there.We had already waited 20+ minutes.We will not be back!

3 of us ordered online seperatly. I ordered the portobello cheese steak extra cheese, no onion (but the no onion didn't register, so not any of the workers fault) I had zero mushrooms on mine, but alot more meat than the other 2 who ordered with me(they had barely any). I did get extra cheese. My Fiance ordered no jalepeno, got jalepeno. We seem to like it better going in and ordering. So they have a watchful eye over their back? They seem to throw them together when you do an online order. Long story short, go in and order :)

Their by one get one coupon says "One coupon per visit per day" I used it once weeks ago on an online order. Went to order again today and it says that I have used the coupon code too many times. How unethical on jersy mikes part.

I wanted to grab a sub before they closed. I left my house 6 blocks away at 853pm. Arrived there at 857pm. Went inside at 858pm. The manager said they were closed. Yet their door was unlocked and their open sign was still on. I've had it with them. Will never do business with that location again. Especially since 3 of the last 10 times I've gotten my order messed up. This place is run by a bunch of very young adults. I went down the street to Wiseguys to get a Philly Cheesesteak sub.
I can't wait until a real place that has never messed up any orders opens soon...Culver's.

At first my bread was not cut in half down the middle. Like top half and bottom half. As most roll are cut before the sandwich was made. What I got was more of a hypotenuse cut. Angled. Where the sandwich was fat on top on one side. Skinny wedge on the other.

The lady who did it just did not care. She looked angry.

Then skimped on the meat. Seriously. On the slicer It seemed like I only got a whisper sheets of ham.

Underwhelming. But it just was the summary of my experience there.

The second, assuming newer, girl actually did care about the vegetables which went on it. But she just put toppings on a crooked lopsided sandwich that skimped on the meat.

It's disappointing.

Normally I cannot finish a Giant. But this time, I can and am still hungry.

Very unsatisfied.

I will not come back. Did not feel I got even remotely good value for the money I spent.

Friendly staff, respectful of gluten sensitivity by changing gloves, using a different knife, and cleaning everything before starting.
