The employee's there all seem friendly and considerate. I had been deathly ill and someone came to walk my food to me. The small gestures matter the most to me and I appreciate them. Wish there were more coupons so I'd be more inclined to order more often!

I stopped in earlier today to get a variety of sandwiches for my boss. I have never been to a Jersey Mikes, so I didnt know what to get. The entire staff was so helpful and picked out a great selection of different sandwiches. Will definitely be coming back!

Ordered an italian and got a ham and turkey with bacon. Ordered the chicken kahuna but got a steak one but i said that was fine since she was already cooking it. I asked for no jalapeños and lettuce and mayo and got the jalapeños and tomatoes. Seemed like a complete S show back there and everyone seemed pissy. Was a terrible experience and its a shame cause the food is good.

Been to this location about 50 times over the last two years and the same female manager is rude and unhelpful. She has zero patience and zero customer service skills. She snaps at customers and walks away after being rude. She lacks every skill a manager should have. The food is great and the other employees have been outstanding. I see other reviews on here and I'm sure they're about the same person. Please get it right for the customers.

Been to this location 3 times all 3 they have gotten my order wrong. Tonight ordered a white wrap with no tomato gave me wheat after remaking. Can't eat it due to food

I was really disappointed today, when usually I can count on Jersey Mike's to be fairly quick. Today, I ordered two sandwiches one that is cold and one that is hot. The cold one was prepared right away, but the hot one took over 15 minutes while my cold one was getting warm. I watched while the cook made other online or telephone orders and put those to be cooked before ours even though we ordered first. When I repeatedly asked about our sandwich, they kept saying it would be one more minute but it ended up being over 15. The last straw was when they said that this sandwich will be made when the rest of the sandwiches on the grill would be made, even though that represented the second batch of phone or online orders that came after mine. When I explained that I was in a rush and was running late for an appointment, the cashier in a rude way said "we're doing the best we can." And when the sandwich was done she literally threw it at me. Although the hot sandwich was fine, the cold sandwich was too warm by the time the hot sandwich was done. Really disappointed with customer service and the lack of attention and care to paying customers that are there ready and willing to eat but who must wait for other online and phone orders. Literally every table in the restaurant was filthy. The floor was sticky. And the front door was filled with handprints as though it had not been cleaned in days. Don't even ask about the bathrooms! Not sure if I can ever go to this place again.
