Morning crew is top-notch, however the closing crew paid zero attention to detail on my visit. Pretty simple order: Filet o’fish, no cheese. Had cheese. Two McDoubles w/Big Mac sauce, no sauce on either one. Charged an extra forty cents each though. Fries were old and cold. If you can’t maintain quality standards up until close, then close earlier and refuse to take any orders after a certain time. So very disappointed…

I can confidently say I’ve never had “good” McDonald’s, but this location nailed it. Not only did they read/review our order with us twice, but the food came out hot and actually tasted good. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been stuck in stale-fry purgatory. These fries were what dreams are made of. Extra kudos to the young girl working the window, she was so nice and did her due diligence making sure our order was correct. And don’t get me started on the godly nectar that is their fountain Diet Coke. 10/10 experience.

This location suffers from bad attitudes and at least one worthless manager. They have done a poor job of training employees leaving managers with upset customers and employees. I think there's a worse location near St Cloud, but this one's gunning hard for the title of "Most Unpleasant".
