Definitely depends on the worker. One calls people “honey” all the time and spends more time talking about her personal life than making sandwiches. A few others are just slow and don’t know the difference between mayonnaise and pickles. Some of them are fast and super helpful. Definitely better off going for lunch during the week. Wouldn’t go at night on weekends.

Was just here this morning. The lady working could not have acted any more in consciences by me and every veggie option I asked for. At the end when she asked what sauces I wanted, I told her, and when she very clearly put the wrong sauce on my sandwich I asked her about it, she told me “that’s just how that sauce looks here. It is a different color at this location”…. Like okay, no?? Just totally rude and put a bad start to my morning. She also kept asking me to repeat myself, and then I realized she had ear pods in and just couldn’t hear me over her music. Not a good choice employee wise.

You need to adjust the temperature of your bain marie. Every time i come in your veggies are FROZEN. Gross. Also your employees should understand tge difference between "a little" and "extra".

When did tipping become a thing at Subway? Subway you need to pay your employees better instead of having ask for tips. I do not want asking for tips to be the new norm.

I ordered door from here today and i requested some sauces on the side but when i opened my bag they never put them in there (I ordered delivery) but fine whatever then i go to open my sub and all of my toppings are falling off the sides there were no black olives in the sub just coming out of the side the only thing that was in the bread was lettuce and some spinach not even the sauce was in the sub and I asked for regular mayo and more honey mustard (which i use to manage a subway and i know that more mean only four simple lines of sauce but not over doing it) they must have did way more than the four swipes and my sauces were falling out of the sides. I had to wipe off all of the sauce and olives in order to eat it. 0/5 little tip when closing a sub that you think there may be to many topping/sauces to close take a knife and close it even if it’s a 6 inch so that way all the topping gets pushed to the inside to!!

Need to train there employees. I ordered a 6 in with a coupon which was 3.99 and a bowl of soup which was 7.99. Should of came to around 13.00. The young person charged 21.99 so i said thats not right so she did it again and i put my Visa card in and she charged 19. Something and walked away and no receipt and did not put the food in a bag. So the other young man was waiting on someone and i said this isnt right i need some money back he said sorry i cant do that. I said why he said i dont know how. I said ill come back and see a mgr next week well i dont have a receipt so wouldnt do any good. Also looks like mold on the inside of the glass of the soup container, not to appetizing. I think this place needs to be inspected.
