Received very poor service today. Waited over an hour for our food. Realized that the waitress forgot to put the order in! Was told would be ready in 5 minutes and it was over 10 when we finally got our orders. Other customers that came in after us received their appetizers, food or pizza. Coleslaw in one of the orders was tasteless and looked old.
my family went to muddy cow Litchfield location 4/11/25. They brought my food to work and I couldn't eat it. The cheese curds were flat as a pancake, over a half cup of fryer grease in the to go box, the prime rib sandwich was edible but dry and chewy. All this after they charged my card twice and said oh don't worry it will be credited back. so $250 payment for inedible food. we will not be back to this location. The staff is truly amazing. The venue itself is very clean well kept organized the entertainment they bring in is always very entertanning and they make sure that you have a good time and no reason to complain I highly recommend the Muddy Cow in Litchfield, MN
