Birch's on the Lake Brewhouse & Supperclub

Birches delivered a great dining experience overall. Top notch friendly service from the time you pull up to the valet stand. The decor on the main level is along the lines of 70's supper club meets beach club. Downstairs is relaxing casual in the brewery and outdoor deck area overlooking the lake. Sound level is fun and lively, but you can easily enjoy conversation at your table. Wait staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. The mixed drinks were excellent, but the beer selection was limited imho for an establishment that holds themselves out as a brewery. Our food was excellent for a reasonable price. Highly recommend the pork chop and fried chicken! Owner / manager were on site directing staff, and it shows in the high level of service. You can tell there are a lot of regular / repeat customers here, which is always a good sign. I would definitely recommend trying Birches!

Hostesses were moderately accommodating despite having a reservation. Server wasn't overtly friendly. Answered our questions but not particularly warmly. Everything was just okay. Ambience was very nice and the view was obviously fantastic. I would recommend.

10/10, no question. The lake views were stunning! The food? Flawless. The desserts? Dangerously good. We snagged a patio spot and it was giving vacation vibes. And the wait staff? Absolute legends. Friendly, fast, and fun. If you're not eating here, you're doing it wrong.

The food and service was outstanding. Erica West was playing and was absolutely outstanding.

We went to Birch's to celebrate my fiance's birthday. We arrived early and spent some time in the bar on the lower level, enjoying the view of the lake. When our table was ready, we received excellent service from our server Brittany, and the food and wine were superb. We will definitely be coming back!

The food was excellent. We started with the chicken loli pops and assorted breads - amazing. The table had the scallops, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, lobster roll with fries and the fish taco - YES !!!!! All delicious! It was my birthday for I got a free birthday sundae and we also had the chocolate cake - amazing. The views are great, the patio outstanding and the drinks spot on....GO!!!

We met old friends of ours at Birch's and it was delightful. The evening was great! A beautiful lake setting, great service, and outstanding food!

Food was good. Service was below expectations. Wait staff had a big party and we got “ignored”. I understand being short staffed but then don't keep open tables for people to come in and expect better service. Also charging for a few extra slices of Pita for a $17 hummus tray is a bit insulting.

Excellent food and service! They were able to accommodate my request to sit by the window which we just loved. It was my friend's first time visiting the restaurant and was very impressed.

Booked for 6 year wedding anniversary. Not one acknowledgment (this info was in reservation request). Two tables away a birthday was acknowledged. Little disappointed in this lack of acknowledgment.

As always, wait staff is exceptional!! We were a tad disappointed with the relish tray this time....it was missing a scoop of potato salad & 1-2 pickled round cherry peppers. Also, the carrot sticks were sliced WAY too large to comfortably eat without breaking off a tooth! Smoked trout spread was tasty. We always look forward to returning.

Our server was outstanding!! She made the experience even better! Fabulous personality and humor and excellent service!!!

Birches was wonderful. Open table messed up our reservation but Birches gave a perfect solution, kudos to them!

Superb service and food We adored the waiter we had and he included the manager in a meal that didn't get put in correctly and they took care of it right away
