This is the location closest to me, but I honestly might start going to a different one that is more out of my way. The staff is either hyper focused and annoyed that you’re ordering anything at all or using a perks number, or they are extremely slow, chatty, and in those cases sometimes ordering and receiving my drink and meal takes 10+ minutes when I’m the only one in line. There’s no in between or consistency.

The other thing is that I wish they would just ask for a tip directly instead of saying “there’s one more question here at the bottom” I think that is so tacky. We all know what the additional question is, if you’re going to ask for a tip just ask for one. Say exactly what it is.

Wasn't asked for Perks number, then order taker was annoyed when I asked if I could give it. I was given the wrong drink after repeating my order twice - (and the cup was only ⅔ full + lukewarm). No need to post the automated WDGAF reply you respond with to all bad reviews. Nothing is more empty than that coming from a company of your size.

Came into this Caribou location for the first time to do a little work before an appointment nearby. Plenty of seating options and lots of outlets, which I appreciate. I find it odd that the barista station is so far in the back, but is likely just a downside of the building set up and needs for the drive thru. I got a hot mocha and a warmed up blueberry muffin. Both were great and met expectations. Coffee trips are getting more and more expensive, but if you are a frequent coffee trip person, this is not surprising to you. Would come here again!

One of the worst operating caribous I have ever been to. The workers seem nice but they are incredibly lazy. Whether the lid isn't on all the way, my food isn't heated up, they provide no napkins, If there are corners to be cut within your order there is a guarantee that they will do that.. I will drive out of my way to go to a different Caribou.

this morning, I went through the drive-through and ordered a mocha and A bacon Gouda soufflé. When I got home, I looked in the bag and found that I had been given some type of lemon sweetbread. Of course, was fully charged for the other item, including leaving a tip. I then attempted to call the store and the phone rang and rang and rang, and no one picked it up till it finally disconnected. I attempted to call back and at this point my car would not go through almost as if my number had been blocked. Clearly, no one working at the store has any intention of answering the phone. at this point, I would like a complete refund for my order and certainly a refund of any tip I left in the amount paid for the bacon go to soufflé which I never received. I’ve been to the store many times usually, I receive service, but on significant occasions, have received extremely poor service such as today!

Caribou, I really want to love you—you're so close by, and the menu has great options. Unfortunately, I keep leaving disappointed. This morning summed up my frustrations. My coffee was made wrong, my breakfast sandwich was incorrect, and I waited almost 15 minutes in the drive-thru line. I know things can get busy, but the consistency just isn't there. Here's hoping for some improvements because I'd love for this to be my go-to spot.

Did a pick up of coffee and bagel with strawberry cream cheese. It was suppose to be a drive thru pick up but there was a line of six cars in drive thru so I decided to go in and get. When I got in there were five employees behind the counter. Four making coffee and 1 at the window. I stood there for 4-5 with no one making eye contact before I asked loudly for help. I got the attention of one of the coffee makers. I asked if she could hand me my order. I could see it on the counter with my name. She replied”I can’t I am making coffees”. I pointed out my coffee and asked her to hand it to me which with a sigh and a Quick Look around she did. I then asked for help getting the bagel. Another person wanted to know what I ordered. I told her and she proceeded to pack up the bagel. I had to remind her that it came with cream cheese. She then told me that they were out of strawberry cream cheese and had been for awhile. Ugh! Got to the car and found the bagel to still be really cold and no knife for the cream cheese.
Unless you are going for coffee skip this place. This is two of two that they have screwed up my food order.
