Normally when we go here we have very few problems and I'd give 4 stars but the other night was the 2nd time we ordered on the app and drove 20min one way to get our food and the place was closed, at 6:00pm. What an incredible inconvenience for your customers.

World’s slowest McDonalds. One McChicken, one double cheeseburger, Diet Coke, hardly anyone in the place, over 10 minute wait. Staff couldn’t care less.

Clean restaurant and good service. Food was warm, at best. Onions are also placed on the bottom bun which was odd to me. No drink refill station and no ketchup dispenser so packets only which are a pain. Prices here are definitely higher than other McDonalds so be prepared.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for 30 years, and I’ve never had such a bad experience. The people working there now are different than it was like a month ago, and they have no idea what’s going on. It used to be a family that owned this location for years, and now it must be under new management because the people that are working the cash register refused to make substitutions onto items even though you’re able to do all of it within the app. They act like they can’t do it even though if I were to leave the drive-through line and order in the app, you’d be able to make the modifications. I think they just don’t want to make the food fresh.
