My wife and I stopped into San Pancho Mexican Restaurant in Long Lake during their soft opening and were very impressed. Although the restaurant has been around for several years, it’s now under new ownership as of mid-January by the Luna family, and the difference was immediately clear.
The food was outstanding—authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with care and passion. This wasn’t rushed or generic Mexican food; you could truly taste the quality and pride in every bite....
We had a great time here the other night! Wonderful food & good service. I left my card there and they ran to the parking lot and gave it back to me, thank you! We will be back!
We arrived 45 minute before closing time. Nevertheless, the service and food were excellent. It’s a smaller restaurant, but has a nice variety of items on the menu. I look forward to returning and trying another dish.
