Cascade Lodge Restaurant has been a favorite of our families for years! Consistently we have received friendly experiences with the staff and enjoyed excellent food while vacationing on the North Shore in all seasons. We choose your restaurant over others for the excellent menu options and the lovely experience of dinning in a lodge style restaurant. It is also sincerely appreciated that you offer a variety of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options on your menu. Our daughter is vegan due to many sensitivities. It is so nice to have your restaurant to dine at verse just cooking in our cabin. Thank you!

According to previous posts from Cascade Lodge and Restaurant shared they were closed for 2 weeks to make things even better for guests. We checked in 12/13 and had rodents in our cabin. We were offered $50 off and two breakfast sandwiches. Do better. We have stayed here before and will stay elsewhere from now on.
The restaurant was the best part of the stay.

Food was very good.patty melt and chips. Minnesota wild sald and vegan cheesecake.. the problem. You take menus sit down decide what you want then go order drinks, food and desert at the register..only 1 person taking orders. Drink refills go back to register and wait.They had numerous food runners. You need a floater.food runner/ order taker.
Amazing breakfast! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Biscuits and Gravy, along with pancakes were top notch!

Great lunch spot with interesting cocktails (yummy bloody), local beer, and a unique menu. Nice view of the lake. Great staff.

First time at the restaurant and was very satisfied. They had a slightly different set up and routine, but seems to work well. You grab a menu and then find a table. When you've determined what you want, you go up to the cashier and order, pay and return to your table with a number. The food is then brought to you. My husband had the reuben with kettle chips and I had the cobb salad. The food was very delicious with satisfying portions. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was comfortable and cozy. We will visit again!

One of the only places in the area with real vegan options. 5 stars just for that! Vegan chicken sandwiches were pretty good, too, except I'd highly suggest they find a better bun--it was SUPER dry. Service and drinks were very good too.

Super cute place, but the food was a bit lacking. Cheesecurds were good! We also ordered a cobb salad and ribeye steak. The cobb salad was mediocre. The steak was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside, as if cooked from frozen. The mashed potatoes and zucchini that came with the steak were good!
