We recently catered an in home bison prime rib dinner for twenty of our friends from around the country. Chef Skyler hit an absolute home run with the meal which was served with an iceberg wedge topped with blue cheese, Boursin mashed potatoes and cream and custard filled pastry for dessert. If I could give Blue Stem more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat! We used Blue Stem for our wedding in May, and the food was absolutely phenomenal. We had the Brisket Mac and Cheese and Santa Fe Chicken Tortellini. People are still asking us where our food was from! Thank you so much for the delicious food and service!
