Sat for 30 minutes waiting for our food. and when it finally came didn't even give us our kids meals that we order for our children. didnt take the things off the sandwiches that i asked them to which i paid extra for. didnt add things to the sandwiches like i paid extra for. what a joke. dont recommend what so ever.

I went through the drive through today around 1pm, there was a long line. When I finally got to the order area I ordered 2 caramel frappes, waited in line, paid at pay window, waited some more to get to the pick up window and the young lady told me she was sorry but the frappe machine wasn’t working! Asked if I wanted something else, I said yes, a refund. This whole process took 45 minutes from order to refund. Why didn’t they tell me at the order spot?? But, my husband went there around 6:30 pm and he got 2 Caramel frappes, he told them about me being there earlier and they admitted it wasn’t broken, they just didn’t want to make any!! What kind of restaurant would do this?! I’m beyond disappointed.

They were extremely rude and impatient. We came at 3:30 pm, when there was no waiting. No one behind us, or in from of us. We are traveling to see family about an hour away. We will NEVER COME TO THIS MCD'S again!!

DO NOT GO HERE. I know it’s McDonald’s, but it’s literally so bad. Drive thru staff is awful. Not friendly, they just stare at you and don’t say anything. Received the wrong drink and every single food item I got was old and cold. Like they cooked a bunch of food and it sat all afternoon. So I’m not very surprised to come on here and see them rocking > 3 stars. Go to taco John’s that’s right by them, WAY friendlier staff and fresh food.

After Working all night , I used the McDonald's App to order and got to the Luverne Minnesota location and entered spot #1. The App kept saying my food was almost done would be brought to spot #1 in 3 - 5 minutes every time I refreshed it said the same thing. I watched 3 different employees come out one at a time to stand in a group talking and occasionally look at the now 2 cars waiting for their food. After over 20 minutes I called the restaurant and was answered quite promptly and told the woman whom answered that the app was now saying enjoy your food and view receipt and I still didn't have my food and I was still waiting in Spot #1 She said she would look into and hung up. Couple minutes later she appeared At my window with my order and the other order for another car waiting half as long. She then said she thought it said stage to which I had zero reply as the sticker clear stated spot #1. Food was luke warm and hashbrowns were soggy. Unappealing. Wow, just wanted a quick meal before sleeping and WOW Epic Fail.
