I guess when you order a big Mac, it’s just buns lettuce and that sauce the chicken sandwich definitely had Ben in the warming tray. A little long chicken nuggets were like rubber nuggets fries cold Fountain drink good tried to give it a half a star wouldn’t let me.

I used to think no McDonald’s on Earth could possibly be worse than the one in Brandon, SD… and then I met the McDonald’s in Luverne, MN.
I rolled up wanting a simple 10-piece McNugget—nothing fancy, not a Michelin-star tasting menu—and somehow ended up spending 25 minutes in the drive-thru. At that point I wasn’t sure if they were cooking the nuggets or raising the chickens out back.
And with those heinous wait times combined with reckless prices, you’d swear you accidentally pulled into a Red Lobster. For the money and the wait, I should’ve at least gotten a biscuit and a guy playing smooth jazz.
Management really needs to hold themselves to a higher standard, because as it stands, they’re definitely not inspecting what they expect… unless what they expect is chaos, confusion, and lukewarm nuggets.

Sat for 30 minutes waiting for our food. and when it finally came didn't even give us our kids meals that we order for our children. didnt take the things off the sandwiches that i asked them to which i paid extra for. didnt add things to the sandwiches like i paid extra for. what a joke. dont recommend what so ever.
Chicken was cold and felt like it was just sitting around waiting for someone to order it. Even the quarter pounder was cold and chewy. Definitely not going back to that mcdonalds

I went through the drive through today around 1pm, there was a long line. When I finally got to the order area I ordered 2 caramel frappes, waited in line, paid at pay window, waited some more to get to the pick up window and the young lady told me she was sorry but the frappe machine wasn’t working! Asked if I wanted something else, I said yes, a refund. This whole process took 45 minutes from order to refund. Why didn’t they tell me at the order spot?? But, my husband went there around 6:30 pm and he got 2 Caramel frappes, he told them about me being there earlier and they admitted it wasn’t broken, they just didn’t want to make any!! What kind of restaurant would do this?! I’m beyond disappointed.
