Placed an order for pick up. Picked it up. I am missing my chocolate milk. Tried calling 5 times. No answer. What is the point of having a phone if you don't answer it during business hours. I am not going back out in this cold.

Had a friend work at the luverne subway for a year she was and is a dedicated worker who did her job with pride I mean she loved her job and it showed.unfortanetly people who have hate in there inner core just miserable I guess we'll these people abused there power and made accusations that aren't true but since it's who you know out here some people will lie and not be truthful about certain things that took place and how they happen yes it broke her a little but I said she was way better than that restaurant who would want to continue there when they lie and treat there customers with no respect plus changing tags and dates from the front to the drive threw can get someone really sick especially most of our community being elderly yes fellow citizens of luverne subway doesn't like wasting meat so they will stretch it as much as possible owners who don't pay attention and employees with no integrity we'll manager anyway and the nice lady in the morning fooled me have a great day God bless

Put order in on the app for the family. Said he would be done at 505 and it never got done till 540. Missing a sandwich completely and the worker was really rude

What's the point of having a drive-thru window when it's always unavailable?

did an online order, asked for toasted and i got it cold instead. they forgot my chips, plus i ordered a 6in and got a foot long (some would say that’s a bonus, but for me that’s too much food.) id rather pick the subway in my hometown than here

My husband stopped in to get us subs on his way home from work and I opened up my turkey bacon avacado sub, there was no veggies whatsoever on it with guacamole smeared ALL over the bread and no cheese. He tried to get a refund next day as we live 45 minutes away, and the manager argued with him, then said oh well, shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Horrible customer service and terrible sandwich. This was the Luverne location, Worthington is always great with no issues.

I’ve gone through the drive thru before and it took 20 minutes to get my sub and it was not the right order at all. Very scant with the ingredients as well. When I went inside on a different occasion, I didn’t leave a tip and the workers literally started talking smack about me right in front of me. Talking like I wasn’t even there. Very awkward and unsettling.

I stopped in and waited in line behind 1 couple. When they were done, the employee told me I was going to hate her because she was going to do an online order first. I don't hate her, but there is zero chance I am waiting in line behind someone who isn't physically there for a sandwich from Subway.

So I usually go to the drive through a bit when I’m on my lunch break and most of the time it takes at least ten minutes for anyone to show up to the window and for some reason they usually forget one of my items. Many a times I’ve gone there gotten back to my job to eat only to be disappointed by no chips which I ordered. One time I even waited at the drive through for near 30 minutes which is the entirety of my lunch break
