We chose Bluestem to cater our wedding and it was simply amazing. They were extremely easy to work with, easy to contact, and had AMAZING food. We had their Maple Apple Pork and the Honey BBQ Chicken and it was really good. And we highly suggest their Potatoes! They had great service and we loved that we as the bride and groom didn't have to worry about boxing up the left overs - they did that for us and we were good to go at the end of the night. Thank you so much!

I have thoroughly enjoyed everything I have eaten here. Last time through, my hanger steak was delicious, and after I tried a couple tastes of my son's gumbo, I wished I had gotten a cup. It is really nice to look forward to a consistently great meal when we visit the old home place.

Party of 7. garlic knots served with ice cold centers. send back. knots are not made. They are frozen. second serving they where microwaved to long and hard as a rock. Small portions on sides. Fish under cooked. spent money on decorating not quality. This is not fine dining.

My husband and I just had dinner at The Bluestem. The entire experience was awesome-ribeye, loaded hasselback potatoes and the best dessert I’ve had in a long time—bananas foster beignets. My compliments to the Chef! Thanks for the J. Lohr Cabernet recommendation as well, it was very nice!
