Had dinner Friday night with a few friends dinner was good some of our group had beers and others had soda we were told by the staff they will no longer serve us, we did not feel they handled this situation well at all according to the staff a person in our group was intoxicated so we were asked to leave, so sad we at there a few time a month will not return

Unfortunately the people who work here do not care about customer service. I have been in the service industry for a very long time, I would have never treated anyone the way we were treated. Unfortunately they lost several customers!

I passed this establishment many times and decided to try it Sunday. The restaurant is very nice looking outside and inside. The host was pleasant. Service was fast and served in a timely manner within 20 minutes. My food was very good, I had the chicken sandwich melt. One thing I was ever offered a refill on my drink. Overall it was a great lunch.

Good news.. steak frites steak was perfect. Sadly, Garlic parmesan fries had dried up parmesan on a couple of fries. Reuben was ok. Meat too thick, not much sour kraut, but excellent bread. Fish and chips.. not edible. We asked about it and were advised that it was cod with a good beer batter. Nope. Rectangle cut pieces of cod in what could be described as overcooked heavy breading and panko. Also.. 2 nearly empty ketchup bottles (even after asking) and no refills on water. Sad, because I haven't been there in a long time, and we really had good service and food last time. I also really try and support our local businesses.
Update.. the manager reached out to me with a complimentary lunch. I hope to try it again.

Nice patio in the back. The wings were decent but nothing special.

We came on a Friday night as it was slighlty busy however we got sat right away. We ordered a few drinks that both turned out great and ordered the corn fritters that not only tasted amazing, but also filled us up. When it came to actual food, this is where the rating drops to 2 stars. I am a professional chef and as such, I have never been blown away about how horrible someone could make a chicken samdwhich. Zero Flavor! I had other people try it and everyone agreed it was terrible. I would feel ashamed if I sold this as a Korean Fried chicken sandwich. It had a small splatter of sauce and the cucumber had zero acidic value meaning they weren’t properly pickled. The lettuce was warm and the bun was dry and crunchy. Overall the worst Chicken samdwhich in my professional culinary experience. 0/10 recommend as I took 2 bites and I’m bringing it back for my compost bin. I am sparing some words as I would rather forget the soggy fries and the over oiled, salty, undercooked fried rice with the flavorless and dry pork belly.

Great place for lunch or dinner. Patio is lovely. Sausage and dumpling soup was superb, along with the 1/2 BLTA...yum

Bring your fly swatter if you are sitting on the patio! We couldn’t enjoy our time because of all the flies every where - gross!

Loud atmosphere due to parents coming before high school sports game.

Corn fritters were delicious! Made the meal.

Mediterranean Chicken sandwich was okay. Nothing note worthy.

Spicy Korean Chicken sandwich was not spicy at all but more sweet. Still very good though.

Overall, would probably not return but we were trying something new.

Server was nice and checked in several times.

Cool place in Mahtomedi. Great beer selection, and also the choices of wine are really nice, different from the usual. We have been here several times and the food has always been very good and the happy hour has some good appetizer selections. We will be back!

I have been remiss in not reviewing earlier. Great food! Great bartenders, especially Stacy D! Remembers everyone's order, always industrious (you got time to lean, you got time to clean). Very personable! While I really enjoy my service from the countless others, she ALWSYS has a cold pint glass for me!
