Wrost place to go now. They can never get my order correct. It's not hard to make a order to what the customer is asking for. I work in fast food place for 18 years so I know it's not that hard. It used to be my favorite place to go but not anymore. The other arby's in this town is the same way. I wish they could hire decent people to work there 😕

Terrible customer service. They refused the answer the drive thorough 15 mins before close. We drove around just to see 3 people all standing around the kitchen. We were told they closed “ten mins early because of short staffing” with 3 people standing around. They girl said she was the manager “tough” she said. 10:38. Drive through closes at 11.
