**Took long to get the food-waited about 10 minutes to get 2 pretzels, With them having 3 employees.
**While placing the order- One employee threw out pretzel bites and other stuff that were still good- nice and hot.
Wasting food why not give it to a customer for free you know. After seeing and witnessing that. I stopped going there.
-I know the time protocol/liability.- But still like, Hello
- My opinion - It felt restricted being in there- Was a little bit unclean.

some of the worst customer experience ive ever had in my entire life, lemonade tasting like straight tap water, order was incorrect, food is cold, employees dont want to provide a receipt, employees want to ARGUE about your order. management is lazy and doesnt do anything about it. employees MEAN MUG anyone walking up. this is ALLLLL at the kenwood mall in cincinnati ohio btw✌🏻✌🏻

I was given 2 vouchers for £1 off and got ripped off as the prices say it's £3.30 for a flat white coffee And £3.30 for a cuppachino but I got charged £5.60 when it should have been £4.60 for both with the prices displayed digitally in the restaurant which is against the trade description act as it states. If the price is advertised as what is charged different they have to charge you the lower price that's advertised not the price they say even if it's charged prices since this happened in the County mall Crawley restaurant
I am referring to the St George Shopping Center. We bought a cheese with jalapeño hotdog and upon opening it in (in a couple of minutes) we saw the food was burned and having its hard edge to bite… we immediately showed it and explained politely but a rude staff might be the owner or the manager was justifying and saying it was normal and not burned! I was trying to let him understand that this isn’t the way they cooked as i have been their customer for years and reading branch amazingly cooked it… he was arguing and insisting instead of taking it back immediately and exchanged. Until i told him i am not in the mood for any arguments and eventually he offered to exchange which i agreed even though it would take another 10-15mins. However, in spite of me showing patience with his actions still he kept on arguing that it was good and not burned and it may get hard as it was affected by the air… seriously are you implying that i am stupid and doesn’t know how to cook?! And ignorant with such stuff! Again i ask him to just stop and then he decided just to offer a refund saying that maybe the next one i will not like it and it might be burn again… whew!!! He really is indeed needs some customer service training!!!! FULL TERM! So disappointed but salute to the friendly staff of Reading branch… i hope the true owner of AUNTIE ANNES will take this matter into consideration and see how they treat their customers!!!
Don't get me wrong, the food is good... if you want to wait over 30 minutes for it. We sat and waited for the mini pretzel dogs to be ready for over 45 minutes, which IMO is crazy. We were the only people in the place when we ordered with only 2 orders on the board for them to do. The girl at the counter didn't even tell us there would be wait. There is absolutely no sense of urgency at this location!

I ordered some party trays for a graduation party last weekend. The only food item the graduate had requested was pretzels. They were out of trays and gave us buckets instead which worked fine but they apologized profusely.
At the party the pretzels were a hit and we had so many people saying how good they are & what a great idea it was. They were great additions on peoples main food plates and a great snack item. Everyone loved them. Highly recommended.
The Cinnabon we got was so good too, and couldn’t believe how heavy the box was! It was almost comical that cinnamon rolls could weigh that much!

Just my opinion, maybe hire an adult to supervise. First time going there, walked up and ordered a pretzel dog, was informed I would have a long wait, which I would be ok with and was then met with blank stares. (would have been fresh). After a couple of minutes of silence I opted for already made pepperoni bites. There was absolutely nothing spoke between any customers or staff, because the staff was too busy with their silliness and drama filled conversations. It's sad, this place has so much potential, and kids are going to run it in the ground. I am currently sitting eating, and watching people stand in line not being served due to the kitchen talk. I have counted 5 people walk away due to not being served. How sad.
I go into this place right... completely empty. 2 workers just kinda standing around not talking to each other. I order pretzel bites, and the cashier tells me they have to make them so it will be 6 minute wait. 15 minutes later, not a single customer has come in the store the whole time, they finally give me my pretzel bites. Burnt to a crisp and blackened, to the point where it was hard to bite into them. Literally what else are you doing besides keeping track of the singular order of pretzel from the singular customer in the store.

How disappointing that your staff at Sangters International Airport- Montego Bay Departure lounge have taken the liberty to add a 3$ tip to every transaction. Also stating they only use Debit or Credit as a form of payment. Encourage thier customers NOT to review the charges and just to TAP. Thus, the staff are pocketing hundreds of dollars in Tips daily.

Order 3 cups of nuggets half full for the money u pay yes I understand they were busy but not fair to customers not the first time with this store
I ordered 2 pecan cinnabon at the potranco store and 1 of them was half eaten, they gave me a half eaten cinnabon, don't buy from them!
Ordered 2 original pretzel with 2 sauces. Put nuggets on counter. Got over charged. Gave 20 cash with 2 bucks back. When questioned about price, got told that was my amount. Got my original pretzels but still paid for nuggets price. will NEVER go back there.

Male working at 22:30 on 2/23/24 was incredibly rude told us he was out of items that were visible behind the counter and picked his nose in front of us!!! Beyond disgusting and unacceptable corporate and franchise should be embarrassed
This was an awful experience. There are only two people working, they said that they're closers didn't come so they've been behind all day. The store should have been closed my management. If the customer won't have a good experience, then the store shouldn't be open for dining. I waited forever to order (it was just me in there today) and after I paid, I waited forever for our food. The smoothie I ordered took 15 minutes to make, and when I asked how long the pretzels would take, the person working said they didn't know, but they would check. We then smelled something burning and as it turns out, it was our pretzels. Don't worry, they put the rest of the burnt batch in the display case to sell! I won't ever be back. All because this company was too cheap to close it's doors when it was understaffed.
