If I could share the photo on here I would. The sludge i found inside my Granddaughter's strawberry banana smoothie yesterday was the most despicable thing I've ever seen. You're blenders need to be taken totally apart and cleaned. I will be sending the contents and pictures to the health department of Minnesota. We stopped at the River Hills Mall location. Never again will we go there. Tuesday, February 11th, 2025 at 3pm.

Always a fun place to get a sweet drink in the mall. Only giving 4 stars because sometimes the people make your smoothie really nice and creamy. However, sometimes they also put it together in 0.5 milliseconds and don't care which then turn into a bad smoothie. Everything should be made the exact same each time. Otherwise, flavors and options are great!

I don't typically write reviews but this experience was deserving of one... Been to this Berry Blendz many times without problems but this time was different. The worker glared at me and slammed my reciept and credit card on the table instead of handing it back. Slammed my smoothie down on the table too. I was the only customer there and I tried to be polite, so I'm not sure why she was so rude. Regardless, I don't think I'll be going back and I recommend others avoid this Berry Blendz if they aren't interested in being disrespected.
