I just tried to pick up an order on Doordash from Berry Blendz as the first part of a stacked delivery. It was supposed to be picked up by 1:02pm. And upon accepting the order, I got a notification that it was ready. I drove there and arrived before 1:02pm. I was the only one inside and it wasn't busy whatsoever. I waited nearly 10 minutes and didn't even see any staff members. I even tried calling out for a staff member a few times over that 10 minutes. I had to unassign from the order since I couldn't even get help from a staff member.
Doordash is my main source of income at the moment and I had to forfeit my pay just because I couldn't get help from anyone. I must reiterate, it wasn't busy and I was the only one in there.
I reported that location to Doordash because, quite frankly, it doesn't have any business being on Doordash. You applied for the job, you should at least try to do it right. Do better Berry Blendz! I'm never picking up from here again.

Got a Doordash order for 4 smoothies, was supposed to be ready at 2:44, was not even started when I got there, wasn't ready until over 10 minutes later bc the one girl who was working was slow and incompetent, and on top of that, they had the AUDACITY to not have cup holders. Who just has 4 empty cup holders in their car? Literally no one. 0/10 experience and I will be reporting this location to Doordash support because they have no business being on the platform.

Go to the one by the mall. The ones here donât get your orders right, with them quite often being too liquidy. They are very sweet people, but the ones at the mall are too and they get your orders right.

I went to go get a PB&J smoothie bowl. Pretty self explanatory. I watched then make it and try handing me the bowl completely unblended. I asked them if they were going to blend it and they look at me like I was insane and said they donât do that but they went and blended it anyways. Including the toppings I asked for which one if not originally part of the smoothie bowl ingredients. A smoothie bowl is literally a thicker smoothie in a bowl. A smoothie is blended. I was not going to eat a glob of peanut butter with raspberry juice with some fruit in a bowl unblended.

We have been coming here every time we pass through for the last 5 years or so. Had to edit and take a star off since the bathroom has been out of order for over a year now.
Service was so slow at 1pm on Aug 10th that it was ridiculous. 17 min for 4 smoothies with no one in front of us.
Hopefully, next time, it will be better, and I can add some stars.

I have visited this berry blendz 4 or more times, ordered the same drink every single time, and they have managed to mess it up in some way every single time. it is incredibly disappointing, especially when i can take an extra few minutes to go to the berry blendz in the mall who have NEVER messed up my order.

The girl who was helping me was obviously new, which is fine, but she had no one around to help her and she was obviously struggling. She overcharged me for my smoothie bowl and when I received the bowl it was overflowing and liquidy. It got all over my hands and my car and didnât even taste that good. Will not be returning
