Go to the one by the mall. The ones here don’t get your orders right, with them quite often being too liquidy. They are very sweet people, but the ones at the mall are too and they get your orders right.

I went to go get a PB&J smoothie bowl. Pretty self explanatory. I watched then make it and try handing me the bowl completely unblended. I asked them if they were going to blend it and they look at me like I was insane and said they don’t do that but they went and blended it anyways. Including the toppings I asked for which one if not originally part of the smoothie bowl ingredients. A smoothie bowl is literally a thicker smoothie in a bowl. A smoothie is blended. I was not going to eat a glob of peanut butter with raspberry juice with some fruit in a bowl unblended.

That guy that travels a bit
We have been coming here every time we pass through for the last 5 years or so. Had to edit and take a star off since the bathroom has been out of order for over a year now.
Service was so slow at 1pm on Aug 10th that it was ridiculous. 17 min for 4 smoothies with no one in front of us.
Hopefully, next time, it will be better, and I can add some stars.
Great place to grab a healthy drink.

I have visited this berry blendz 4 or more times, ordered the same drink every single time, and they have managed to mess it up in some way every single time. it is incredibly disappointing, especially when i can take an extra few minutes to go to the berry blendz in the mall who have NEVER messed up my order.

Eveytime I went they hooked me up good, everyone had good vibes and easy to talk to, I definitely recommend this one over the mall. And when I'm hungover they make me the perfect drink to help me with my day?

The girl who was helping me was obviously new, which is fine, but she had no one around to help her and she was obviously struggling. She overcharged me for my smoothie bowl and when I received the bowl it was overflowing and liquidy. It got all over my hands and my car and didn’t even taste that good. Will not be returning

The place is very dirty!!! Under the counters are filled with trash and grime, I wouldn’t be surprised if there were lots of bugs in there... the employees also were in the back for almost 10 mins screwing around I ring the doorbell and called out and still didn’t get service for a while... I don’t recommend.

The store was disgusting, dirty counters, spills and dirt on the floor, visible dust around the ceiling vents. The lady working looked miserable, and was pretty rude. No smile, no friendly hello. When I asked for my smoothie with all fruit (no sherbet), she didn’t know what to do.
