There always messing up my order like this morning I pd for ranch and asked the guy at the window if there was ranch in my bag he said yes and then we get to where we needed to and there no ranch . Also my daughter worked there and she been asking them for her w2 from last yr and 3 weeks later still no w2 to do her taxes

Can't get an order right to save their lives. I originally reviewed this location in 2015, and it's now 2024 and the problem is still the same.I do not order customization or anything special. I order regular menu items and end up with something completely different. Support is useless. I've spent $13.85 at this location and have not received my food. 1,400 King Points is not $13.85. Thankfully, my credit card issuer will be a lot more helpful with this problem!I believe that the employees do not want to prepare the less common items, such as the cheesy tots. Most items in this location are ar pre-built and sitting on the hot plate, so preparing something fresh is a lot of work for them. No wonder my stuff always gets replaced with 45 minute old nuggets I didn't ask for.

For a fast food restaurant, this one was exceptionally good. Xmas eve, they were open, staff was all working together. We were met with a personable cashier and our order was hot. Thanks for working on xmas eve.

Poor Customer Service!!! After waiting for 5 minutes, ask manager how long. He proceeds to flip out. He went on a tantrum, I can only imagine how he treats his employees if he treats customers this way. Saying their oven isn’t working and I am acting childish, I wasn’t but could have been.The stainless steel was disgusting, it was like they tried to clean it but, just smeared the grease around.Needless to say, I got refund & walked out..So disrespectful.

I had my husband pick up drive thru and bring it home. The frozen coke machine wasn't working (very typical) so he got me a shake. The shake was like chocolate milk when he got home. We don't live that far away for it to be completely melted. No napkins or straws in the bag. Aren't these standard on drive thru orders? I didn't realize one would have to ask for these items. The sandwich was very good but fries were too salty.

EVERY time I come here, they get my order wrong. Doesn’t matter what I order, what ends up in my bag is not what I asked for. It’s such a shame to have to say this…but sadly, the only thing they get right at this drive thru location is the taking my money part. If you want to “Have It Your Way” (BK’s slogan) then don’t come here. :(

Asked for a sausage biscuit and got egg and cheese biscuit the cheese on the biscuit is gross and made me puke from the smell also the building it's self is run down and not very sanitary from the look of it might get food poisoning if you go
