Someone needs to do something about the one manager of this store with glasses and dark straight hair. She is incredibly rude to the employees and customers. The environment is super toxic. She talked rudely to me when I had an issue with my order, and that was after I heard her talk rudely to another customer. They are constantly screwing up and then rude to customers regardless. This needs to stop!!!!

The girl who handed me my order was extremely rude when I asked a simple question about my drink. Instead of helping, she gave me a snarky response, so I just pulled away. When I tried the drink, it was wrong—something that could have been resolved if she had taken even a moment to actually respond.
I went inside and the other girls working were wonderful; they were polite, helpful, and quickly made me a new drink. Unfortunately, that same rude girl continued to be disrespectful—not only to me, but also to her coworkers. I don’t know if she is a manager or just an employee, but as a manager myself at another restaurant, I can confidently say I would never treat customers or staff with such unprofessionalism.

The girl who took my order in the drive through was so rude and I don’t understand why. I am a barista myself so I know it’s hard after a non stop rush but you don’t need to act so awful and angry at customers who have done nothing wrong. I hope u see this girl, the call is coming from the house sweetie <3

I don't go here often but the last few times they've messed up my order & they are always out of what I want which I know that isn't their fault & I always go through the drive thru but since the staff is friendly & they are extremely busy I will give them another chance so next time I will go in the store to order to hopefully get my order right!
