I've been eating here with my family since 2011 and it was good. Today's experience was a strange one. I ordered philly cheesesteak sandwich that I've been watching them cook for the last 10 years or so. The place was empty and the workers were not busy. I was watching how a young man grilled the meat for the sandwich but probably forgot to put cheese on top of the meat while grilling. You order, are given your drink, & by the time you walk down the counter, they're putting your food on the tray REALLY good strawberry lemonade. Customizable sandwiches. Cards for repeat visits to earn free food. We usually get it to go, because the food court atmosphere is never as good as at home, watching a show, but the food has traveled well, too.
