This was probably the worst chipotle I been to I got the chips and salsa (mild) the chips were so stale and was a little wet there was barely inside. I got chicken taco the rice look overcooked and felt soggy the salsa was not fresh.over all it was ass would not recommend

I had a mobile order, and the order items were correct, but my mobile order had a dreadfully small amount of each ingredient in it. See the pictures below. I ordered extra rice, extra beans, extra lettuce, and got a less than regular amount.
I would advise to stay away from this location, not only do they heavily skimp on portions, their ingredients, like lettuce or guacamole, are browned and not rotated according to common policies observed at other locations, but their chips are consistently stale.

Served me a bowl full of burnt chicken & when you call, all you get is AI no way to speak to a human. I had to drive back to the store to speak to a human being very inconvenient because my arm is injured & I'm physically disabled. Manager told me to get out of line gave me a refund & said go eat somewhere else INSTEAD GIVING me FRESH FOOD & SALVAGING GOODWILL. If you want to be treated like your $ or your business means nothing, then EAT HERE @ U-SQUARE. bad service & bad food= Bad Business.

I ordered a bowl online for pickup after I got off of work. I normally prefer this Chipotle over the Madison Ave. one as it's closer and overall faster for online orders, and after picking it up, tipping in cash in the metal tip bin, and taking it home, I was VERY disappointed to see that there was little to no rice or beans. This isn't an understatement, I genuinely mean there was close to NOTHING at all for rice and beans. All that was in my bowl was a small amount of chicken, and then a huge amount of sour cream and some cheese. The ratio of sour cream to chicken was so great that it turned the chicken ice cold to the temperature of whatever the sour cream is refrigerated at. What a waste. I've been in Mankato for 5 years now and have frequented this Chipotle, and I truly believe that whoever was working the line saw that I didn't tip on the app itself or something and decided to make a joke of my meal. Very upsetting. I originally was willing to put up with with the increasing prices and decreasing ingredient quality but this really pushed me away.

Seemed to be prepared to handle my celiac, until they used the same cheese and Lettuce that have been touched by gloves that have touched tortillas. This is the first location I had gotten sick at. Please teach your staff about the celiac protocol.

Great place to go if you want to get skimped on protein and get charged for double when you ask for a little more, Have your burrito lossly wrapped so bad that you need to scrath it entirely and prep the food yourself.
Asked my girlfriend to pickup two bowls for the both of us. Tell me why they charged her $26 for two bowls and chips? There were no extra add ons on it as well. They need to train their workers properly cause I can barely see any protein in it too…

This Chipotle is right off campus and the clientele reflects this. If you aren't in to tons of collage kids skip this location. It also tends to be on the dirty side. But the food is as expected from Chipotle.

Honestly not worth the 30 min drive after a 10 hr day. The service was awful and I mean awful. Like i felt bad that i went there and ordered food. Doesnt this place only make food and serve it? Aren't the customers the reason why the empolyees get paid. I wont be back to any of your locations this isnt the first time. They were out of everything. I'd look into your store front. Cause who you got working that store isn't it.
