On Tuesday, September 23, at around 10:20 PM, I went with friends to grab Cinnabon and was treated extremely rudely by staff. Although the posted hours indicated the store was open until 11:00 PM, the door was already closed. When I asked if I could still order, a staff member came to the door and responded “no thank you ” in a very dismissive and rude tone and closed the door harshly when I can clearly see the stuff I wanted to get in the shelves. I always come and get Cinnabon and I would consider myself a great customer and I hate that I encountered this one rude staff.

Just stopped by to grab a pack of Cinnabons - staff just ignored me when I first walked in to an empty store. The guy in the back came up and was pleasant. Once I grabbed my pack, I had to stand and wait for someone to ring me up (4 people were working). I get it if it’s busy but that wasn’t the case. People did come in after me so eventually someone did have to come to the front. Not impressed with the staff (still haven’t tried the cinnabon yet) and won’t be returning again.

Went twice and both times the rolls were over baked and hard. First occasion the roll was cold but still hard and the second it was hot but again hard. Definitely not the quality you get at other locations. Really disappointing.
When I’m paying at least I should get fresh cinnamon rolls not cold and hard. I have tried 3 times here in this location and all 3 times it was the same. When in other locations you get quality and freshly made.

This is the most amazing store I have ever been to, when I tell you that Kaitlyn is the most awesome worker I have ever had take care of me. She handled the cinnamon roll with care and compassion. The way she frosts the cinnamon rolls with the silky buttery textured frosting is incomparable

Refused to sell me a pint of icing, even though I’ve bought a pint off-menu at literally a dozen Cinnabon locations with zero issues. This location has serious customer service issues, plus my cinnamon roll was old and stale tasting. Huge Fail.

Terrible service waited 20 minutes as I watched the employees standing around talking to each other. Cinnamon roll was not fresh. Considering who the owners are they do not care one bit about customer service.

The staff were not helpful and were just standing around. The center of the roll option isn’t even the center. The food wasn’t that warm. The employee handed me the food and it had icing all down the sides. It was a sticky mess that I had to quickly get napkins for. Not very pleased. The roll itself seemed old and dry first time there and it was just not a great experience. Probably not going back
