I ordered an iced caramel breve w an screws shot of espresso and got warm, no flavored, skim, “breve” w 10 melting ice cubes.. train them better.. 8$ for a small drink and want a tip on top of it!? And rude to boot? Ridiculous and sad. Drive thru

When will I learn these people can not follow simple direction’s on LITE ice. Every single time. I am done giving this location my money. Stay away from the Madison Ave location, unless you don’t care if they follow your order specifics.

Just got a couple drinks I got the Turtle Mocha Cooler and hubby got Caramel High Rise Cooler. He also got some coffee cake which he said was really good! The coffees were DELICIOUS 😋
