The employees here seem to be nice, but they struggle with making orders. This is my second time here. I wanted to give them another chance (everyone makes mistakes) but for the second time they forgot the whip topping and chocolate drizzle. I requested less ice and they filled the cup with ice. You can clearly see the label on the latte with my requests, several of which I paid for. First I went on a Tuesday afternoon, the second time a Thursday morning. Overall very disappointing, and a waste of my time and money.Edit: I had mentioned that they'd warmed my food item when not requested, but I was informed that it's customary due to fact that they keep the items frozen (I didn't know that, my bad).In regard to the other issues (incorrect orders), the manager of the store reached out to me kindly, and offered to provide a remake of the items and a full refund for their mistakes. Raising my 1 star review to a 3 star for the good customer service.

I’ve been going to this Caribou for years now. And I usually don’t have a big problem. I use an employee number to have a discount and I don’t ever have a problem at other caribou locations but I repeatedly have to ask this location if they used it. I get the same thing in the same size every time so I know what my total roughly will be. This time they didn’t use the discount AGAIN and I had to ask if they used it. They said they did but I know they didn’t. I paid full price while STILL using a Caribou employee discount… This caribou is the closet to my work and I didn’t have time to argue and say the totally was wrong (for the second time), but I think I’ll travel to a different Caribou from now on.
I've been going to this place for awhile now. The last two times have been awful. The staff appear to not care about their customers. The coffee was good and hot. The reason for the 4 star. It took me about 15 minutes to get a cup of black coffee( no add-on) and I was the only one in line. I've seen about 4 other employees in the back.

The associate that served me was very friendly and helpful. I bought several lemon loaf and muffins to take home. The guy who made my breakfast sandwich was very friendly. An hour after my purchase, I was still sitting there and he walked by and asked if I was okay. Really great!!
