Stopped in at Coffee Hag while visiting from out of the area and immediately felt so welcomed. The LGBTQ+ signs and inclusive atmosphere were such a beautiful touch that made the space feel warm and safe. The lovely woman at the counter was an absolute delight, so friendly and excited to help me try something new. I went with the iced French Toast Latte (recommended by one of the baristas), and it was incredible! Sweet, cozy, and perfectly balanced.
They also have lots of vegan options, which is a huge plus. I can’t say enough good things about this place, definitely worth a stop if you’re in Mankato!

Cute coffee shop with pastries and savory breakfast options. There's a stage for local musicians and plenty of setting. Staff are friendly and coffee was decent. I got the employee of the month drink, which was a banana something and enjoyed it.

Coffee shop with tons of personality--with the drink choices and decor. The staff were so friendly and willing to chat with my mom and me, esp when we mentioned we were from out of town. They were also willing to offer suggestions about what we wanted to order. My mom's plain latte was great, and my Mayan Sun (spicy mocha) was a delicious taste of something a little different. Also the baked goods we got were soo good and very fresh, esp considering it was about a half hour before they closed
Great coffee - friendly staff - inclusive and artistic atmosphere! Great Mankato stop for a yummy coffee and great

Was greeted kindly, vibes were nice and lgbtq+ friendly. Had one of their premade pastas dishes and an iced latte, a bit hard to taste the pumpkin flavoring but it wasn’t a bad coffee by any means. A good café experience 💚

Chill vibe, super comfy chairs, tasty drinks, and hefty burritos. Platonic ideal of a college town queer hangout.

The atmosphere of this place is simple & eclectic. Latte was yummy. I ordered the Mayan Sun specialty latte half sweet and it was good for me so their drinks probably run on the sweeter end. Espresso was good. Looked like they use cheaper quality syrups. Really fun combos of latte drink flavors and it tasted good. I had a bite of my friends grilled cheese (garlic aoli one) and it was sooo damn good. Baristas were kind and didn't have a problem adding more mocha to my latte.

Awesome coffee, great people. They held onto my wallet I left, and gave it back immediately.
I never would've found it, plus it still had all the cash in it.

We stopped in for coffee and snacks. 2 cappuccinos and an oat milk hot chocolate were all delicious. Orange blossom muffin was also quite good. The cinnamon roll was serviceable. The staff were great and also great with my child. Would stop by again if in the area.

I am sad to realize it took me so long to visit this amazing coffee house. Unbelievably friendly service and great coffee. You can tell employees are appreciated, as it shows in how they treat the customers.
