I placed an online order at this location. ordered two mediums, received a small and a small container shoved inside a medium container. service was mediocre and unfriendly, extremely disappointed in this location.

Ordered a Love it size on DoorDash. I was given a kids size with the cup put into a larger cup to make it look bigger than it was effectively ripping me off. You clearly realized it was supposed to be in a bigger size why be so lazy?

Fantastic ice cream. I was served quickly. Employees were prompt and knowledgeable. It even smells good in here, like baking waffle cones!
Floor was extremely sticky so that you could hear each step I took, which kind of dampened the experience.

Wow. Where do I start? Service was terrible. Literally stood at the counter for 10 minutes to be waited on. There were 3 employees and all ignored us. Finally husband went over and asked if someone would wait on us. Next, oh my goodness, it is FILTHY inside! Everything is dirty, the counter where they mix the ice cream has dirt and dried ice cream all over it, tables are all gross, floor everywhere has trash, spilt ice cream and black grime everywhere. Windows and doors are covered in dirt and dried melted ice cream. Always been our favorite place to get ice cream cakes but not anymore. Not worth the risk of getting food poisoning.
799 for a small total scam and rip off. I noticed I didn’t really get anything in return from my rewards. On top of that, the aftertaste is terrible. Total sales scam, but total ripoff even in terms of greed. Not sure what it is, but I’ve lost interest. Screw cold stone not even worth it. I’d be critical the next time going to a soft serve ice cream place like this.
