I ordered ice cream ahead of time and I go to pick up my order… no lights on, door is locked, no one is inside. 20 minutes before closing (the time it says on Google AND on the window of the facility). Don’t let people order ahead of time if you’re going to just choose your closing time.

Came in 15 minutes before close hoping to get some ice cream. There was only 3 of us. Employees hid in the back room until they closed. As soon as it turned 10 o'clock, said employees came out and informed us we were to leave immediately. Such unprofessional service from the employees working tonight. Do better Coldstone.

Okay so such a long story but I’ve literally gotten the same thing at coldstone since the beginning of time and then all of a sudden I discovered a new ice cream flavor and mix in that turned my entire world upside down and right side up again. I went to order it on doordash tonight but the option wasn’t coming up. Close to tears, I called coldstone and asked if the flavor was out of season or something ridonkulous and the BEAUTIFUL AMAZING WONDERFUL GIRL THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE told me to put in the order with vanilla ice cream and the name the doordash would be under and that she’d make my order with the correct flavor I was CRAVING. Saint. Angel. Customer service 10/10. New best friend. Never got her name.

The employees had a very annoyed and nonchalant attitude. When I got my ice cream it tasted like it had soap in it and had a soapy ice chunk in it. Even the waffle bowl tasted like soap.

If I could give negative star this will be it. I ordered 2 birthday cakes 2 weeks in row. First one name on the birthday was wrong and writing was horrible. They try to fix it but it still looked it so bad. I told them they need to fix it but she tried to give me cake from the freezer that is an already ready to go.I specifically ordered custom cake and she doesn’t even acknowledge that. After how many times I told her she finally goes oh. Finally, she agreed to fix the writing. I went in to go get the 2nd cake the employee has earphones on and I said I’m here pick up a birthday cake she goes what because she still has her earphones on. On the 2nd cake I ordered it supposed to be 14inch and they made 6 inch. Decoration they did was no way near what I wanted. Writing on the 2nd cake is not greatest either. The manager couldn’t even say sorry and she was the one who took the order for the 2nd cake. I do not think Cold Stone employees and manager do not care about customer’s satisfaction at all. I feel like they need the change all the employees and manager.

If I could have given a negative number on my experience Sunday night I would have. It was about 15min to close and me and my 2 friends came in. Only one friend ended up getting any thing. I was told that I wouldn't be getting served that the employee was done for the night. My friend got whatever she was willing to serve. It was a disgusting experience. And a disgusting employee who should never work in the food industry. I am still sick from the experience and upset. 2 huge thumbs down.

around 8pm on monday, april 22nd, 2024, a girl that was working behind the counter had a snappy attitude while having a long line where everyone could see and hear her. customers were nice and confused, and when one of them said waffle cone when she asked what kind of cone, she openly rolled her eyes and said "girl no like i got this this and this, pick and choose". the girl apologized and chose plain and as the employee prepared her icecream she was laughing outloud telling her other coworker of how tired she is of customers not knowing how to order. i say this is very disrespectful considering the customer was sweet with her words. everyone in line witnessed it, and im not sure how she's not embarrassed having such a bratty attitude at her big age. a shame, ruined a good experience with my friends :/
Honestly, the younger woman on the shift tonight (3/2/24) was probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. When ordering a shake she didn't even let me finish more order before she rolled her eyes and walked away. If it wasn't for the nice gentleman working with her I would have walked out. So rude and disrespectful.

I've been here on multiple occasions where they are missed a bunch of the ice cream flavors, they seem very understaffed. And they have one cake decorator??!? Edit: changing to 1star. They ran out of yellow cake and couldn't make my custom order ? they are always running out of things

My family and I appreciate a nice treat from Cold Stone, but I am giving Cold Stone a 5 Star for demonstrating their integrity by the way the manager handled an issue with my order. I did not receive one of my treats and the manager went above and beyond to WOW me. I just want to say thank you so much for putting your customer first.
