I hadn't heard of Crisp and Green until I searched maps for restaurant options. I had the Verde Chicken bowl. It was fantastic!! There are so many other options, so I will be back and I'm bringing my husband!! Yum!!

I went for the first time this past week and loved my wrap so much I went back again today but this time I sadly didn’t have the same experience. The employee didn’t seem to know what he was doing so I should have said something while I was there, but I ordered a Cesar wrap and he forgot the croutons, put the wrong dressing, barley put any cheese and also didn’t divide the wrap at the end. Super disappointed as I was hoping for it to taste like the first time and get the same experience

I like their wraps and the salads are good too. The service is weird vibes. Don’t seem like they want to be there at all, not a smile in sight. For how expensive some items are, it would be nice to have a more pleasant experience with the staff. After reading some reviews and visiting more consistently recently, I’ve realized it seems to be an ongoing issue. Hope they can get that figured out.

Love the golden hour curry! Service has lacked quite a few times when coming in. Once, my husband and I stood in the area where you order your food at for 4+ minutes before I finally went to the checkout area where you can kinda see in the back. I stood there for another two minutes watching a girl loudly gossip to her coworker in the back room before she turned around and saw us. I guess the gossip must have been really entralling!
I've also ordered online/with their app multiple times and its never ready on time. I end up waiting 5 extra minutes (they usually estimate 20-25ish minutes) even though it only takes 10 minutes to make my order in store.
Too bad their food is awesome, healthy and fresh otherwise id probably never come here 😅

The food was great, but the restaurant was dirty. The tables weren’t wiped, there was garbage on the floor, and the bathroom was gross. They were out of quinoa, napkins, and two of the drinks and no other customers were in the place when we got there. The staff was friendly and nice.

Service extremely slow. Very poor organization by staff. They were short staffed, but didn’t seem to know how to manage the service. They took my order for an acai bowl while another staff member made my mom’s salad. Someone else had ordered a smoothie and another a wrap. The staff member blended the smoothy, then left it to make the wrap. The wrap was set on a counter, then made my bowl. Finished my bowl, then put the wrap in a bag and handed it to the customer. Next poured the smoothie and handed it to that customer at the same time my bowl was handed to me.
We waited for several minutes at the counter to give our order. There wasn’t anyone else in line, we just stood there while another staff member came over to make the wrap. She didn’t speak to us, after a minute I asked if someone would be taking our order, was told soon and then we stood and waited for another person to take the order.
A salad had spilled in the floor behind the cash register, but no effort to clean that up.
Placed an order for drinks, but had go back and wait to ask for cups.
I’ve eaten here before and had reasonable service.
I mainly wrote this review, because I love the food Here and feel the manager/owner needs to be aware. I would hate to see the business close. Not enough healthy food options in town!

Went in for a build your own bowl with chicken like always & drove across the street to eat and noticed my chicken was very slimy and looked underwhelming. I came back and explained what happened to an associate and she asked if i wanted something else or a refund. I said I didn’t want anything else and she went to get another associate who approached me asking what was wrong and i told her the chicken was not good. And she asked what wasn’t good about it and i told her it was slimy then she proceeded to ask me what do i mean it was slimy with an attitude. I had already explained this to another associate and to get this type of response was sad. She then said well I’m not giving a refund I said okay and left. Sad customer service & plenty of job openings out here if you’re not happy with where you work. 0/10 do not recommend.

There were only 3 workers, one seemed to be the manager. They looked overwhelmed. I've worked in the food industry too so I get it, but please make sure your food is fresh.
We ordered a fiesta bowl and a no prob cobb. The fiesta bowl had crunchy beans and uncut veggies. The no prob cobb was basically just over sauced kale with light toppings, and next to no meat despite being advestised as having chicken and bacon.
I really like the idea of this place, so I want it to be good, but it is rarely worth it. If you go here, definitely do a BYO so you can just pick what looks the freshest behind the counter.
