I have to say this is the best fried chicken in Mankato. These people are super nice fried up chicken tenders fresh and the fact that dairy Queen serves it with country gravy is amazing. It's the best kept secret in Minnesota. Fresh hot fries fresh hot chicken country gravy fantastic!

It's prime time for lunch right now and I've been only person through drive thru for at least 10 minutes as I eat my non-fresh French fries and Luke warm burger. Maybe that's why it's a "deal" for $7? The plastic top to my root beer is so thin, any amount of pressure on the cup pops the thing off. In summary: Won't be going back to this one unless I just get a dilly bar or something. Still no cars going through drive thru. A bit scary.

Been a longtime DQ stalwart...they have always done an incredible job with unique birthday cake requests! Recently I got a chicken strip basket and they were HUGE...hot & delicious! The gravy was on point as always. There is a manager named Brittany who I've seen there a lot and her customer service it always top notch. Dang...now I want an Oreo Blizzard! HA

Went in for a blizzard the other day, ordering was fine but when my number got called there were two high school aged boys that were working that stared me down and laughed to each other before handing me the blizzard. I took it after they finally handed it over after staring at me while I waited for them for what seemed like an eternity to give me the ice cream. I walked away only to notice they were still giving me a creepy stare, even when I sat and ate. Just a very uncomfortable and bizarre experience that I can say I’ve never had at any other DQ. Blizzards were great, but man that was weird.

Worst experience ever!!Got the completely wrong burger didn’t get my drink called to see if I could get it later because I was on my way to work and they said there was nothing they could do. Called back to speak to manager and all he did was send me some coupons. Burgers were cold fries aren’t even the DQ fries. Only good thing was my blizzard. $30 down the drain for some terrible food! I will never be coming back to this location again!

Ordered the 1/2 pound flame thrower then drive 40 miles home to find out they gave me a tiny plain cheeseburger??? worst service ever!! I would rate a zero if I could. Not only did I not get what I ordered I payed 8 dollars and got a 2 dollar flavorless burger.
Food and restaurant are great but the friendly local customer service is so appreciated. Thank you to the drive thru / supervisor that made a non functioning coupon no problem. Will happily return!

So my girlfriend and I were out about and wanted something quick. We decided to come to DQ. We ordered our food and sat down to wait. We get our food (which should have had drinks that didn’t come right away <we ordered from the kiosk thing>). We get our food the fries were subpar the cheese curds looked like they were over used oil and the burgers were so pink they should have and could have still had a bell on it. The girl behind the counter gets bonus points for saying she would personally take care of the mix up. Got our replacement ones and it was much better. But DQ needs to look at this location better we have had 3 back to back bad trips here and we love DQ

This was my first time ordering a DQ ice cream cake from this location and I was totally pleased and impressed by the help I received and the decorating and edible photo on the cake was perfect and all tasted amazing.
