Violent and incompetent. I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered on the app, Mathew was my delivery guy. The app showed he pulled up, then stated he delivered the pizza when he did not. I called to talk to someone about it. I was on hold so long I had enough time to drive to the location, when I walked in the girl behind the counter was just hanging out and laughing while I was still on hold and looked bewildered when confronted. They claimed to have called me but I had no missed calls. They said they were at my residence for ten minutes trying to get ahold of me but I was tracking them on the app the entire time, it was maybe 10 seconds, by the time I got to the door Mathew was gone, they claimed the app was not accurate. There were specific instructions I had given them on what to do with the pizza that they clearly never read. Both the manager and the delivery driver attempted to argue with me and caused a scene in the store in front of other customers. They gave me the same cold pizza from the original delivery and refused to refund me. Then after I left, employees continued to bad mouth me and my wife and one employee threatened to fight me if I continued to complain about service. Staff was super hostile and unprofessional. I’m not sure how this location hasn’t been shut down yet.

I had Matthew recently as a delivery guy. I am SO disappointed. There’s been a few times I’ve had him and every time it’s always bad😭my last straw with him is when he just left with the pizza, ending the delivery so we couldn’t even get ahold of him. He doesn’t listen to the instructions. I usually have this girl Aine deliver my pizzas, and I’ve NEVER had any issues with her, she’s always great. I don’t know what it is with this matt guy… but, if you get him, don’t tip until AFTER he delivers the pizzas.

Really disappointing. I ordered based on good experience in St. Peter and Cloquet, which was some of the tastiest pizza I’ve had in a long time. Unfortunately, this store does not compare. Pepperoni smells and tastes off. Crust is overly thin, and very little sauce.

I placed and paid for an order online. I called twice after tracking showed received but nothing came. The “manager” told me to wait. An hour and a half after I placed my order and after my 3rd call, I was finally refunded. I later located my food after midnight sitting on the ground around the corner from my house.
1) I called numerous times to try and get this resolved and ask questions. The manager was too busy to actually look into it or contact the driver and instead told me to continue to wait. 2) If the driver had an issue with finding my address or whatever the case was, they are supposed to contact the customer not leave food on the sidewalk at night and walk away!
