The downtown Dunkin' Donuts is stacked full of very cheerful employees. This team carries out orders with maximum efficiency and accuracy. I woke up this morning and went to Dunkin' excepting to grab some iced coffee. I ended up receiving excellent customer service plus a well made iced coffee to help me wake up!
10/10 would recommend!

Yesterday Nov 8th, my husband and I ordered through the drive up, Rivrrfront Dunkin Donuts. Previously always had the best experiences. Order a turkey sausage, egg & cheese on eng muffin - egg whitw was runny and soggy. Husband's bacon, egg, cheese on a crosant came our to be on a hard bagel. Blueberry muffin ordered came out as a chocolate chip muffin. Was very displease.

730 am and my change (14$) is all ones? And then threw the munchkins in same bag as the old fashioned so they were powdered sugar donuts when I got home. Bad experience

Today would have been my first time eating at this site but that didn’t happen. They were incredibly rude!!! I CLEARLY had interrupted her phone time at work! She literally refused to clarify a polite menu question that I posed; she stated several times that it was right in front of my face and I could just read it. When I called her out on her rudeness and told her I would just leave she said, “Ok. Have a great day,” in an extremely condescending tone. She didn’t offer an apology or anything. For the owner - I didn’t catch her name but it was about 4:30 on 1/2/24 - you may need to do some retraining!! I know people are short staffed, but this is crazy.
