I usually prefer Dunkin for their food and cheaper prices but I have noticed for about while now, they are just so careless and uneducated. The coffee is so inconsistent, the donuts come either upside down or with the frosting all messed up and destroyed, the food is slapped together, and the workers seem like they never wants to talk to customers and are rushing through getting things done even if they aren’t that busy. They need to prioritize being more intentional with customers and product.

The food/drinks are always good quality and the staff is friendly. They're fast every time, too. I've only had one order messed up (whatever, it happens) in the many times I've been here, and they were super nice and professional about fixing it.

At least 15 workers this morning, 13/15 just standing around gabbing. My snackin bacon was cold I got it literally 2 minutes ago. I’ve never had good customer service at this location it is always horrible attitude and annoyed when asked questions. They literally ruin my morning and I’m 23 so I can’t imagine how the older generation feels coming here. As a service provider I am disgusted and embarrassed for Dunkin Donuts.

Went in to dunkin this morning for our usual order of two iced coffees and a boston cream donut. First they gave us one wrong drink they put some sort of cold foam on top and made the coffee too sweet. Then we get munchkin donuts instead of the one we ordered and paid for. When the lady took our order in the drive through she was super rude. It clearly sounded like she didn’t want to work. Never had problems with them until today. Kind of disappointed.

Went to this location on Friday 1-11 @ 1:00, sat at the window after ordering for no lie 5 minutes (mind you we were the only ones in the drive up at the time and all the except one of the workers were standing there talking). A worker finally acknowledged us and asked us if we had the lava cake latte and some other drink, we said no and she told us ok I’ll be right back and then came back with the right order. We left the drive thru and my drink tasted burnt, flavorless, and basically all milk, oh can’t forget not filled up all the way. I was disappointed because I was like I’m not gonna drink this. Then I went to my everything bagel minis hoping for some joy and they turned out to cold. Couldn’t stop back because I had to go work so left with no coffee and no food.
Makayla normally takes and fills my order. Her customer service skills are nothing less than 5 stars. Makayla mixes my refresher nothing less than perfect and always delivers it with a great big smile. Any time others have taken care of my order they do pretty close to Makayla standards. I think Madison Avenue Dunkin is a perfect go to spot for anyone. If you are looking for atmosphere, flavor and value, this is it.

Went in for the halloween Munchin bucket, which had only been out for a week. The worker said they were sold out already, no substitute for it. The doughnuts we did get weren't horrible. The coffee we got tasted burnt and the bacon & egg bagel tasted raw and was lopsided with bacon on only one half of the sandwich. Overly disappointed.
