Just the right amount of whipped cream in a small cup, designed especially for your tongue-lickin' canine companion. "DUNKIN" also displays photos of their "doggy". friends enjoying their treat In the outside window of their drive through!THERE ARE 2 OTHER THINGS THAT I GREATLY APPRECIATE ABOUT "DUNKIN'", WHICH. PERHAPS I SHOULD HAVE MENTIONED BEFOREHAND: THEIR SUPPORT OF CHARITIES FOR KIDS, AND ANIMALS' PET SHELTERS FROM THE. "ROUNDED-UP" PAYMENTS OF THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY ALSO GIVE SUPPORT THROUGH THE SALE OF THEIR PRODUCTSSUCH AS MUGS, AND A "SPECIAL LINE" OF "DUNKIN" PET TOYS,( SOFT, CHEWY,AND LOVEABLE).Last, but certainly not least, "DUNKIN'" offers a points rewards program as a "Thank you" for their customers' loyalty to their edibles, drinkables, and support of other charitable causes. I lOVE Dunkin, I go there almost every morning, this morning I went there to order my usual, Carmel Macchiato and I wanted to use my rewards since I have over 2000, I asked a young guy to show me how to use them and he just reply “ I don’t know how m, I just work here”. You would think if he doesn’t know how he’ll simple tell me” I’m sorry, I’m not sure how but I can ask my coworkers if they can help you” instead of being rude! And he asked me to verify my order like 3 times until he give me my drink. He wasn’t very polite. I might switch to the other Dunkin because of that!

Donuts on point. Bagels on point, too. Their coffee isn't competitive to other coffee shops in the area, but is also decent if you don't want to make an additional stop.However, some constructive criticism to employees at this location. If the donut someone purchases has a glaze/topping/frosting, PLEASE stop putting them upside down on the bottom of the bag...it's not only annoying, and messy, but it's very wasteful of the customers purchase when it's a mess all over the bottom of the bag. Try wax paper squares, or something. It's completely unnecessary to ruin a pastry like that.Great location though. Very kind and efficient.

I ordered an egg and cheese wrap and by the time I was down the street and opening the bag I found that the egg in the wrap was cold and the slice of cheese was cold, not remotely warm or melted. And my boyfriend's egg and cheese croissant was the same. And this is not the first time, almost every time I go they get my order wrong whether it's giving me a different Bagel than I ordered or totally different flavor of Munchkins. I've given so many chances but I'm so tired of having to drive back to the drive-thru for them to correct my order or turn around and drive back to the shop just to have them fix it. I will not be going back to this location anymore

I love Dunkin! My one complaint would be that they always seem to be out of the coffee donuts when I go through. :( They are SO good, so I understand why they're a popular item, but they need to start making more of them in anticipation of the volume of sales.
I never leave bad reviews but this Dunkin always makes my drinks taste very watered down, and the drive thru staff are sometimes passive aggressive. I don’t order anything special (basic iced drinks) and I don’t deal with this issue at any other Dunkin

DEMOLISH THIS INCOMPETENT PLACE!!!!!! Last week, no doughnuts mid afternoon, today, very terrible low doughnut selection, self proclaimed by employee even. Put a krustys doughnuts there instead, or a Krispy Kreme, Ginny mays!!! Hy vee better than dd too!
