The lady told me that, I had to wait for 20+min to order 2 burgers and fries to dine in. Because you are backed up with online orders. I asked what happens in the meantime, I’m waiting and you keep getting online orders. The lady at the register didn’t know how to respond to that. So then the online orders keep coming and my time keeps getting longer. And your losing more revenue as your having more walk-in business. If I was the owner of this establishment.
